Conversations and marketing through it has been at the core of Smursh even we were just an idea. It is fundamental to the way we approach any marketing or advertising solution. The thought is driven by the fact that people come online primarily to seek information, a reason why Google is the biggest name on the web, and why blogs top news websites in the USA. With social media the whole ’search’ of information has found a human form, we often see reports suggesting friend’s recommendations as the most influential bit on the web for users. And that is just natural to happen, and it is built through conversations.

Smursh, to use the classical PR term – endeavors- to make this conversations happen between brands and customers. We see this the start of the eventual community that a brand builds around itself.

We extend this idea to even how we work with our clients and partners. Smursh essentially is a people driven organization, a small army of our own so to say though not necessarily at war with anyone, just disciplined. We build conversations as people do, we build communities and take part in them as people do and thus give brands a face and voice .. like people.
