As an agency our biggest resource is human resource, no amount of technology can replace the fact that you need people to think creatively and more importantly act humane. We extend this idea to how we work with our clients and partners. Smursh essentially is a people driven organization, a small army of our own, so to say, though not necessarily at war with anyone– just disciplined.
